Not only are Shaye and Jason the friendliest people you will ever meet, their food was outstanding. Our guests are still raving about the variety, the presentation and of course deliciousness! There was so much food left over, I could've hosted another party!
It is hard to believe that all that scrumptious food came out of their little van! It was the best value for money and they never complained about the wet, muddy conditions and joined in with conversations.

Shay and Jason at Safe Hands Catering were absolutely amazing to work with. As you can imagine, organising and coordinating a wedding is very stressful but whenever speaking to Shay either on the phone or via email, I felt immediately less anxious because nothing was too hard and she was so flexible, understanding and helpful. Shay checked in on us a few days out from the wedding to make sure we were alright and finalise any last details.
As for the food - WOW - Our guests could not stop raving about it, the look, quality, taste, variety, it was such an amazing dinner that everyone enjoyed and of such high quality. We didn't need to worry about plates or cutlery they sorted everything.
We are forever grateful for their help and I'm so happy we chose them for our wedding. I'd recommend them to anyone for any function but especially for your wedding they were perfect in every single way.

Hi Shay! Firstly thankyou so much for all your hard work on saturday. The food was outstanding and we were so proud to have it at our wedding. We were both told, more than once, that it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. Both your service and that of the bar staff was exceptional - we couldnt have been happier.
Dena and I were so happy with the food that you prepared for our wedding and we had so many people tell us how much they loved the food. It was great to have a buffet of beautiful fresh salads and meats to choose from. We are so glad we choose you to cater for us as it took the stress of that side of things and you are both so lovely to work with.We will be recommending you guys to our friends for sure! My Wife and I employed Safe Hands to do the catering for our 70 wedding guests at a private residence in Coolum on the 30th April 2011. The feedback from our guests was excellent. Not only was the food tasty and plentiful the presentation was also superb. Shay and Jason’s service was excellent, flexible and understanding. Also they were excellent value for money. The third party bar help they organised was also first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending (or using) Safe hands again in the future. They truly were a safe pair of hands
